The Audio Podcasts give examples of the 3 microtonal systems.

All the scales begin on middle C and are played for one octave.

The examples use the preset 'trumpet' from the FM-7 software synthesiser. This was used because it is accurate to 1 cent.

The tunings were created in LMSO and the files were assembled in Digital Performer.
